A wonderful Robola wine from an organic and biodynamic producer in the island of Cephalonia. Low yielding vineyard on limestone soil produces a wine full of minerality and district aromas of apricot, flowers and citrus. The medium, waxy mouthfeel leads to a mineral mid palate, while the finish is long and complex. Fantastic with white risotto, white meat, full flavored fish, as well as aged mild cheeses. ABV 12.5%
