Here is a classic all Savatiano wine from a master of its kind, sourced from older vines (45+ years old), grown in the Attica region, at an elevation of 800-100 feet. Fermentation takes place in small stainless steel tanks, and the wine rests on its lees for three months. The bright yellow color wine opens up with white flowers and herbs, on the nose. The mouth feel is rich, and is balanced by moderate acidity, that provides a wonderful balance, and contributes to a persistent finish. A lovely wine on its own, yet it pairs well with poultry, white fish, shellfish, as well as pasta with white sauce and green salads. ABV 12.5% RP88 Produced by Mylonas Winery.
