Since 1910 the Moraitis family has been involved in wine making on the island of Paros. Today, under the guidance of Theodoros Moraitis the winery produces a fantastic range of white and red wines. Yields are kept low, around 40 hectoliters per hectare. Organic farming is the choice here. The wines range from crisp aromatic whites to Frenck Oak treated whites and reds full of mineral overtones and complexity. Most wines are highly rated, by various international critics.
Annual Production: 200,000 bottles from 12 hectares.
