This rose made from the rare indigenous grape Vradiano is super special.
Summer fruits like cherry and strawberries are the key aromas which are then highlighted by the acidity on the palate. The finish is peachey, peppery and herbal, think wild oregano.
We pair it with seafood pasta like lobster spaghetti in a red sauce. Summer grilled chicken salad with some berries added will be epic as well.
