The winery was established by the dynamic duo of Panagiotis Georgiadis and his wife Haroula Spinthiropoulou, a leading viticulturalist in all of Greece, in 2000 in the area of Naoussa in Northern Greece. Haroula, continously experiments with a variety of the Xinomavro clones, a perfectionist for sure. This is a family operated winery as their son Constantine has joined forces. The small production includes a lovely white made with Assyrtiko and Malagouzia, as well a wonderfully crafted Xinomavro made with fruit from two distinct blocks. If there was a definition of a “Garagiste winery” in Greece, this would be it. 2.1 hectares (5 acres). 17,000 bottles.
