Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping is automatically calculated based on the zone (zip code) the package is being sent. We have really worked hard to get UPS rates as low as possible. Please however, take advantage of our Free Shipping minimums.
Q: When is my credit card charged and when does my order ship?
A: Your credit card will be processed immediately and the packages are typically out within 1-2 business days.
Q: Do you accept returns?
A: No. Unfortunately, we can not accept returns due to Virginia and D.C shipping restrictions. If your bottle is bad or broken, notifiy us immediately. We will ask that you provide a picture and email it to email@example.com. We will contact you as quickly as possible.
Q: Where do you ship?
A: Currently we only ship within the State of Virginia and the District of Columbia. As we add the other 12 Eligible States, we will let you know. Rest assured we are monitoring the "Free the Grapes" movement and will add even more States as they become available
Q: Can you ship my package to the office?
A: Yes, we can ship to business addresses. We actually recommend that so that there is always an adult 21+ available to sign for the package. Make sure to include all the business/company name, and address details in the SHIP TO section of the checkout page.
Q:How long will shipping take?
A: Your package will arrive most likely 2-4 business days.
Q: What happens if no one is available to sign for my delivery?
A: There must be an adult of at least 21 years to sign for any delivery since the shipment contains alcohol. If no one is available when delivery is attempted, there is a good chance the package may be re-routed back to us, however, UPS usually will try again.
If your package is re-routed back to us; additional shipping fees may be applied.
