All Assyrtiko from select vineyards in Santorini. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, while maturation is done on its lees for 5 months. Textbook Santorini, this opens up with stony minerality, followed by fruity and herbal notes. The creamy texture is balanced perfectly by its mouthwatering acidity. A full body wine, to be sure, with a persistent finish, it is a perfect companion to full flavored white fish, lobster as well as mature white cheeses. ABV 14%
