From the island of Cephalonia, comes this unique white wine made by the rare, indigenous Goustolidi varietal (100yr old ungrafted vines). The wine is matured in French oak. It’s amber color denotes the seriousness and depth it posesses. It is a borderline orange wine with full body and even tannins. Decant this for 30 minutes and enjoy at 45-50F with lobster, risotto and white truffles, as well as mature white cheeses. ABV 13%   Produced by Sclavos Winery
