A beautiful blend of Syrah (60%) and Agiorgitiko, it was aged for 12 months in French oak. Deep red in color, this beauty is all about dark fruit, the beefiness of Syrah and the cherry fruit of Agiorgitiko. It is very well balanced and has significant concentration and depth. Tannins are well integrated, while the elegant mid palate leads to a long and peppery finish. This begs for aged steak, or game on the grill, as well as aged hard cheeses. ABV 14%
