A wonderful Robola wine from an organic and biodynamic producer in the island of Cephalonia. Low yielding vineyard on limestone soil produces a wine full of minerality and district aromas of apricot, flowers and citrus. The medium, waxy mouthfeel leads to a mineral mid palate, while the finish is long and complex. Fantastic with white risotto, white meat, full flavored fish, as well as aged mild cheeses.  Produced by Sclavos Winery. ABV 12.5%
